ABB – IRB 6400F Robot and S4C Controller

ABB IRB 6400F/2.4-150 industrial robot system is a 6 axis articulated arm robot for floor mounting designed to handle a load of up to 150 kg at a reach of 2400 mm. It is equipped with the following features:

Performance according to ISO 9283

At rated load and at 1 m/s velocity on the inclined ISO test plane with all six robot axes in motion:

• Unidirectional pose repeatability: … RP = 0.15 mm

• Linear path accuracy: … AT = 2.5-3.0mm

• Linear path repeatability: …RT = 0.8 – 1.4mm

The above values are the range of average test results from a number of robots.
